把早餐所需要的营养都包在这款面饼里----附早餐45种面食的选择

下班的时候路过水果店。这些天一直吃葡萄。店里葡萄没剩下几串了。我问老板，怎么只有这么几串啊。他说，葡萄快没了，过几天还有最后一批。我说，既然只有这么几串我都买了，便宜点吧。老板说，好的，就跌破进价，5块钱一斤，我进货都要5块多了。Oh,myGod,原来我每天在这里买的葡萄都是6块多一斤的啊。他说，你后天还可以再来买，那是最后一批货，不过要8块一斤的。

包馅:

1.把醒好的面团分成60克左右大小的剂子；

2.用擀面杖擀开，中间厚四周薄，包入肉馅；

3.收口朝下，摁扁，放入平底锅；

4.盖好锅盖，大火30秒后，改小火，两面各煎8分钟。

这次又做了8个。有人又问我怎么保存，我再说一下，做好的面饼，当然是熟的啊哈哈，冷却后放入保鲜袋扎紧，再放入冷冻室，记住是冷冻室，第二天不用解冻，直接蒸一下，或者放入平底锅小火再煎5分钟就可以了啊！这样很快能把早饭做好，毕竟早上每个人都想多睡一会啊！

我冰箱里有时至少有两款面饼吧，这样一周里每天的早饭也不会常常重复，今天面饼，明天面包，后天包子馄饨啊，中西合璧么最好了啊哈哈！
