如何在Word365将批注的用户名修改为匿名

1、在word365完成批注后，点击菜单栏“FILE”-->"Info"

2、接着点击“Check for issues”-->"Inspect Document"

3、接着在Document Inspector的弹框中取消勾选所有项，除了第二项“ Document Properties and Personal Information.”，然后点击“Inspect”

4、然后在“Document properties and personal information”这一项选择“Remove all”-->"close"
